Returns
Jericho Battery Company, LLC will consider return requests for up to 30 days from the time of purchase. Refunds are approved at our sole discretion. It is your responsibility to ensure that the product that you ordered is fully compatible with your application and will meet your needs.
All credit card transaction fees and shipping charges, if applicable, will be deducted from the total refund amount, if approved.
To be eligible for a return, you must email us first for RMA approval. Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging or something of at least equal protection against shipping damage.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted including but not limited to products with obvious signs of use or that have been damaged in shipping.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and the status of the return and any amount that will be refunded.
Refunds will be processed on the original payment method only.
In rare cases, we may offer an exchange for another product. In those cases, a partial refund may be issued for items of lesser value than the original item or a charge may be required for items of higher value than the original item.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. You are liable for the product’s safety and condition during return shipping so we recommend that you insure the product for its full value and get a tracking number. We are not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen items during return shipping.
